Reverse Horn

That's what this beastly automobile accessory is called out here -- Reverse Horn. For the uninitated, a brief explanation is probably in order: Reverse Horn is the music (sic) that plays when a driver puts his car in reverse. To put things in perspective, this reverse horn thingy is similar to a ringtone, except that it is at least a million times louder, shriller, and more jarring.

The idea behind this musical monstrosity is to alert pedestrians when a car is backing out of a driveway. Unfortunately, the way to hell is paved with good intentions. A short and muffled beep would have been just perfect, but a deafening, mega-decibel rendition of "Vande Matram" or "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star"?
